Conditions for returning products and refunds for orders from bg.duppo.eu.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, if the bottle is sealed and unopened.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened, unsealed or used bottles.

2+1 offer

If you return a product from an order with a free item (every third bottle free), please also return the free bottle sealed or pay its value.

How to return

Contact us at contact@duppo.eu with your order number; you will receive instructions and the return address.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we refund the amount within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Defective products

For a defective or wrong product, we cover the return costs and replace the product or refund the amount.
